About Collectible Patterns Purchase Protection for Sellers

You have probably heard about our Buyer protection, but what about your safety as a Seller? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back when it comes to your bucks! As long as the Buyer uses the Collectible Patterns BUY button when shopping from your store, the sale is covered by our Seller Protection.

How we protect you:

• Collecting full payments upfront– we require Buyers to pay for both their item and shipping upfront. We hold the payment safely until the buyer receives their order.
• Unresponsive buyers? We’ve got your back– in the unlikely event your Buyer is unresponsive and won’t rate you once they received their order, we will complete the order for you once you furnish us with proof of delivery so you can get paid.
• Fair return policy– if you’ve described the item accurately we won’t approve a refund request from the Buyer – unless you’ve agreed to it. Read more about our fair return policy HERE.
• Top-rated Customer Support– in case you run into any problems, our support team is always here for you at info@collectiblepatterns.com. And they are FAST!

PS! Payments have to be made through Collectible Patterns to ensure your protection as a Seller. Redirecting transactions outside Collectible Patterns violates our T&Cs.

What IS NOT covered by our Seller Protection?

• Sales that were made outside the app/site. e.g. direct money transfer or cash payment.
• Items other than digital or physical patterns.
• Meet in-person transactions. As a safety precaution, we advise our users to avoid these exchanges but when necessary, we suggest meeting in a public place.

For cases where the item does not arrive, sellers are responsible for resolving cases where the buyer has reported that an item has arrived damaged. For this reason, we recommend packaging all items securely, and purchasing delivery insurance.

For disputes about listing accuracy, Collectible Patterns Purchase Protection protects sellers for orders that match the listing description and photos, where a buyer claims it does not. Bo-Karoo does not cover orders that differ from the listing description, so, we strongly recommend using accurate photos and descriptions when listing an item.

For cases where the item arrives damaged sellers are responsible for resolving cases where the buyer has reported that an item has arrived damaged. For this reason, we recommend packaging all items securely, and purchasing delivery insurance.

Sellers are also responsible for their independent warranty or return requirements under local applicable law.

If a seller has obtained third party insurance, we ask that they first submit a claim to their courier. Collectible Patterns reserves the right to process a refund only where other courier cases do not apply.
