Step-by-step shopping guide

Found something you just have to have? We’ve created this step-by-step guide to help you through the purchase process.

1. You can purchase everything by clicking “Add to Cart”

If you see the “Buy” button next to the item, then this means that the item is in stock and available for purchase. If there’s something you’d like to specify with the Seller first, hit “Get support” (next to the item) to contact the Seller via Collectible Patterns chat; if not, just click “Add to cart”.

2. Choose a delivery method and fill out the necessary information to receive your purchase.

The delivery cost will be paid extra at checkout and each shop owner can choose which delivery options they would like to enable – so you might see Paxi Pep store-to-store, PUDO Locker-to-Locker, Aramex Store-to-door courier, Fedex (International Courier), DHL Express (International Courier) and Pick up from Seller.

• PAXI Pep store-to-store (R59.95 – R89.95) – Find the nearest Pep store to you from the integrated map and choose this as the pick-up point for your purchase.

• Aramex Store-to-Door (R99.99) – This option allows to receive the item via Aramex courier to your doorstep. The Seller will ship the item using a prepaid Aramex sleeve.

• PUDO Locked-to-Locker (R70) – Locker-to-locker courier service anywhere in South Africa. Pudo lockers are accessible 24/7.

• DHL Express and FEDEX are international shippers, their fees differ depending on where the parcel is shipped from and where to it is destined to be delivered.

• Pick Up from Seller (R0.00) – This is a free delivery option that requires actually meeting up with the Seller. Before choosing this option please make sure that you’re aware of the Seller’s location so that you’re within each other’s reach.

• Bundling (R0.00) – This option is automatically activated after the first purchase from a shop and allows making additional purchases from the same shop without an extra shipping cost when making a same time purchase.

3. Choose a payment method

You can pay using your credit card, EFT, and YOCO (which accepts foreign currency and local currency).

After the payment, the money will be deposited to Collectible Patterns’ account and transferred to the Seller only after you’ve confirmed receiving the item on Collectible Patterns (by giving the Seller a rating). This is how Collectible Patterns protects our buyers from getting scammed.

🔒 Please note! All purchases made through the Collectible Patterns platform are covered with our protection system. If you make the payment outside Collectible Patterns (e.g. transaction to the Seller’s bank account directly) then you can’t be protected by us.

4. After a successful payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail and the purchase can be found under “My purchases” on the left menu bar. Please allow the Seller a few days to send out the Order, but if you get any questions then don’t hesitate to contact the Seller via Collectible Patterns chat or contact our support using the Chat widget on site or info@collectiblepatterns.com Once the Seller has shipped out the item you’ll receive a notification about it on Collectible Patterns and to your e-mail – so please check if your e-mail is correct (under “Profile” from the menu bar).

5. Once you’ve received your item don’t forget to rate the Seller (under “My purchases”) on Collectible Patterns site to let the Seller know that you’ve got the item and are happy with it, this completes the sale, then we can transfer the money to their account.
