How Delivery works
Collectible Patterns has multiple integrated courier options that deliver nationwide (South Africa) and International Courier options
Our South African Courier options are: Aramex (store → door service), PAXI (Pep → Pep Store service) and PUDO (locker → locker service).
Our International Courier option is DHL Express
It is up to each Seller to decide which delivery method(s) they would like to enable for their shop. The delivery cost will be paid extra at checkout by the Buyer
Is nationwide and worldwide delivery possible?
– Yes, you can choose between Aramex, PAXI Pep-to-Pep Store or PUDO courier services that all deliver across South Africa, and DHL Express worldwide.
Who will pay for the delivery?
– Some Collectible Patterns stores may decide to offer Free Shipping to their clients but mostly the delivery cost is paid extra at checkout by the Buyer.
How long will the delivery take?
– Since Collectible Patterns is a marketplace with different Sellers then shipping time depends on a) how fast does the Seller send out the item; and b) the speed of the delivery service. Altogether It’s usually not more than a week locally, or a little longer internationally, but you can always specify the expected delivery time by contacting the Seller via Collectible Patterns chat.
I would like to purchase patterns and pay for one delivery
– You can purchase multiple items from one shop and pay one delivery fee providing your purchase is made at one time via the Collectible Patterns site.
Since Collectible Patterns is a platform with different Sellers in different locations, you can purchase at one time from various Sellers stores, however you will need to pay delivery fees to each individual store.
